Classroom Assistance

We want everyone to be familiar with the rooms they will be teaching in. We would be happy to have a member of the Multimedia staff meet you and help you get familiar with the equipment in your classroom or meeting space. Send us an email to multimedia@fuqua.duke.edu and suggest a date/time/location if you would like to do this.

In addition, our Multimedia staff would like to remind you:

If you need a special service or equipment that is not already in a space you will be using, please give as much advance notice as possible so that we can accommodate you.
If you will be using any media files on the local PC in the classroom, we recommend testing before class in the room you will be teaching in.
If you have an emergency, or need assistance on short notice, please call the TSC at (919) 660-7878 and they will notify us.
We only record classes when requested by the faculty teaching the class. If you would like to have your class recorded, let us know.

If at any point a recording is no longer needed, please let us know & we’ll delete it from the system. All recordings will automatically expire when they reach their fourth birthday.
