Audio Visual: All requests for classroom recordings should be directed to multimedia@fuqua.duke.edu. If at any point a recording is no longer needed, please let us know & and we’ll delete it from the system. All recordings will automatically expire when they reach their fourth birthday. Email and Calendaring: You will likely use Office365 for email and calendaring, like most staff, and faculty at Duke.

Fuqua Events calendar: The FSB Event System allows you to add your event to the Fuqua Events calendar.

Qualtrics: Duke University has partnered with Qualtrics to provide survey solutions to researchers at the Fuqua School of Business. Qualtrics is a web-based software that allows the user to create surveys and generate reports without having any previous programming knowledge.

Zoom: Use Zoom Meetings to meet using video, voice, and screen sharing with colleagues across the campus or around the world. With Zoom Meetings up to 300 participants can attend via phone, computer, mobile device, or video conferencing endpoint.

Remote Desktop: For Faculty and Staff to access your office computer from a different computer, use Remote Desktop Connection from Microsoft.

Creating Announcements: To create an announcement, download the Fuqua Channel template from this page (you may need to choose “Save file as..” to transfer this to your computer). This is a PowerPoint file.

Templates: There are templates available to faculty, staff, and students, these templates can be used to give a uniform look to all Fuqua documents.
