Email Signature
These email signatures are only examples and are not a requirement to using your email while at Duke. They should be able to be copied and modified into your email client on your laptop, desktop, phone, or via Outlook Web Access, Chrome on Windows and Safari on the Mac seem to work the best for copying the signature from the page.
The Duke University Style Guide lists Garamond and Interstate as the primary fonts for Duke branding. Arial and Helvetica are good substitutes.
General Guidelines for proper format:
- Font = Garamond
- First two lines = 12 point and bold
- Remaining lines = 11 point and normal
